Culture of bangladesh

Bangladesh has a lengthy history in its culture. The land, the rivers, and the lives of the general people shaped a loaded tradition with marked differences from bordering regions. It has evolved above the centuries and encompasses the cultural variety of a number of social groups of Bangladesh. The Bengal Renaissance of the 19th and early 20th centuries, well-known Bengali writers, saints, authors, scientists, researchers, thinkers, music composers, painters and film-makers have played a major role in the development of Bengali culture. The Bengal Renaissance restricted the seeds of a blossoming political Indian nationalism and was the ancestor in a lot of ways to modern Indian artistic and cultural idiom. The culture of Bangladesh is merged and more than centuries has understood influences of Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity. It is manifested in various forms, including music, dance and drama; art and craft; tradition and folktales; languages and literature, philosophy and religion, festivals and celebrations, over and above in a distinct cuisine and gastronomic tradition. For more information
